Terms and Conditions for the “Cool Shocks – Cool Socks” Giveaway

1. Organizer The “Cool Shocks – Cool Socks” giveaway is organized and conducted by KW automotive GmbH, Aspachweg 14, 74427 Fichtenberg, Germany.

2. Participation Period and Location The giveaway takes place during the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026. The participation period corresponds to the official opening hours of the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026 event.

3. Eligibility Requirements Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 and over. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.To participate, the following steps must be completed: (i) The participant takes a photo of a vehicle displayed at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026 that is equipped with Reiger components, in a creative setting. (ii) The participant posts the image on their own publicly visible instagram profile. (iii) The participant tags the organizer’s account, follows the organizer's account on the respective platform and, if known, the vehicle owner in the post. (iv) The participant shows their published post to the Reiger booth staff at the event.

4. Prizes Instant Prize: Upon successful verification of the post at the Reiger booth, the participant will receive a pair of Reiger socks. This is only available while supplies last. Grand Prize: A voucher for a free Reiger Performance suspension product will be raffled among all participants. The voucher is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and can only be used for available and offered products. It is valid for 3 years from the date of receipt. If not redeemed within this period, it expires without replacement.

5. Winner Selection and Notification The winner of the grand prize will be selected at random after the participation period ends. The winner will be notified via the social media account used or by direct message no later than 14 days after the end of the event. If the winner does not respond and confirm acceptance of the grand prize within 7 days, a new winner will be selected using the same procedure.

6. Rights of Use for Content By participating in the giveaway, the participant agrees that the organizer may use the submitted content for marketing purposes without time, geographic, or content restrictions. The participant confirms that they hold all necessary rights to the image and that no third-party rights are violated.

7. Disclaimer of Liability The organizer is not liable for technical issues, outages of social media platforms during the giveaway, or other circumstances beyond its control.

8. Miscellaneous The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice for good cause. Participants are not entitled to any legal claims in the event of changes. In the event of violations of the terms and conditions or attempts to manipulate the giveaway, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants. This giveaway is not associated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta or TikTok.
